Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charge options will be displayed at checkout.

Generally, the products will be released immediately after the order paid in full, and will be delivered to you around 3-5 working days.

Shipping conditions vary,  please refer to the below for your shipping guidance:

  • Auckland shipping orders, please order 1-2 working days prior.
  • Orders ship to outside of Auckland, normally please allow 3-7 working days.

*Shipments or deliveries occur only on weekdays except for prior arrangements. If delivery delays occur, for example, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, affected by holiday season policy and regulations or not limited to the above reasons, please expect the delay. We will update our website for any possible and foreseeable shipping delay at our earliest possible time. 


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once the order placed, we will add the shipping/delivery charges when the order required to do so. We will contact you by phone or email in case there is an issue with your order. Shipment confirmation and/or tracking number will be updated through email once we processed and confirmed the order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Pacific Heating & Cooling Tech. Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Pacific Heating & Cooling Tech. Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

Pacific Heating & Cooling Tech. Ltd does not offer international product shipping services.

 

Returns Policy

Add information on whether or not you offer returns, how to start the return process, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return, where they should send the return (note the carrier), and other details on what to expect when making a return or exchange. Include information on how long returns take to process and when customers can expect to see a full refund. 

Return subject upon request. Email us the proof of damage as soon as you receive the damaged product, or your have purchased wrong products then call us to arrange the return or other solutions. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return. Once the return is received by us, we will return, refund or other solutions depends on case by case based on the situation.
